Good news or Bad news?

Since we launched, we had the response that none of us expected. We have got busier than we thought which has had a big impact on our production and shipping process. So, on that note its taking us longer to fulfill all orders as quickly as we had hoped. Our production team is doing all they can to catch up, but we don't want to make mistakes either. Everything combined is slowing us down, so most of our items are pre booking. Once you put your order through it goes into a queue and we try and get to your order as quickly as possible. Hence, our delivery times are showing longer at this stage, but we are working very hard to reduce this and find a solution where you can receive your order within a week at the latest.
